Thank you for choosing to book with Madama Residence. We hope you will enjoy your stay. The following terms and conditions apply to your booking.

All rates are quoted in Euro per room and night, including all taxes and homemade luxury breakfast. The use of wireless internet access is free of charge.

Check in time from 14:00 pm. In case you would like to check-in after 21:00 pm, you will need to contact the reception in advance. 

Check out time until 12:00 noon. 

Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel and we have a no-pet policy.

Reservation Policy

All reservations require a deposit equal to 100% of the total estimated costs. When your booking has been made, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail using the e-mail address that you supplied. Your booking will be completed when we acknowledge receipt of your booking request and deposit.

Prior to that, the booking will be regarded as provisional.

For reservations guaranteed with a deposit, rooms are held until 12:00 (midnight) on the day of arrival.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made either by bank transfer or by Visa or Master Card, on the day of making the reservation.

Please check the confirmation invoice carefully and take note of the final payment due date.

Written confirmation will only be provided once deposit has been received.

If payment is not made as scheduled, the reservation will automatically be canceled without notice.

Cancellation & Change Policy

Due to limited lodging capacity, cancellations affect us significantly.

A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. Please note that request to cancel or change a confirmed reservation is only accepted in writing by fax or e-mail.

Date changes are subject to availability and cancellation rules apply as below. In the event it is necessary to cancel reservations, the following rules apply:

• Between the time of the reservation and 30 days: Full refund
• Between 29 and 10 days before arrival: 2 nights will be charged
• No Shows or cancellation with 9 days or less before arrival: Total stay will be charged
